I hate to break it to you, with you being a new graduate and all, but education gives you a great start, but doesn't qualify you for shit.

I've known many a smart attorney who could f*ck up a business deal faster than you can blink your eyes. When you walk out of school, you know jack shit.

I'll take a person with a moderate transcript and years of experience over the other way around any day of any week. And I don't know of a single businessperson who wouldn't.
