But, how? The lifestyle is glamorized because for a segment of the population the only alternatives seems to be burger flipping. Yeah, you can point out the advantages of education, but that is hard to see if you don't know anyone who has benefited.

You can cut off the money, but the only real way to do that is legalization. Everything else we have tried has failed.
