Hi everyone, this is my first post on SI, but I have been watching the thread on NUKO for a long time. The question that I have is whether NUKO has a product anymore. These guys at NUKO seem to be dabblers and try a company doing X and then ditch it for Y. Are these guys deciding that the MPEG-2 marketplace isn't going to be their niche? I held NUKO long and sold after the Cisco hype which took it to 20 getting out at 17 1/2. I have bought back on the way down and finally through in the towel at just under 2 1/2. I have since cautiously day traded NUKO when it seems safe (when is that???). I am very concerned about playing the stock as it gets closer to earnings since I don't see a product and with no product, where is there hope for revenues? One thing is for certain; nothing said on this thread or anything inferred from reading the company news releases has told much of anything useful concerning this company. Bill, although strongly disliked, probably has been the closest to the truth on NUKO; it has shorting material even at these levels. Given that we have no information and the people on this thread that quote the management as if they have any real news have been mostly wrong about everything so this so-called insider scoup info. on this thread is worthless. It seems that day-trading after the earnings are out could be of value if you are careful. It seems buying after huge dips is the only strategy. This is one of the worst stocks of all the stocks on my watch list. Only CAWS comes to mind as a comparison. If they get financing, they still have to have a product? They don't make the Highlander anymore do they? That was why I bought this company. They were going to be big in cable, satellite, ADSL, and switched fiber and had leading companies lined up all over the map. What total BS. How do they get away with this? It strikes me of fraud. Doesn't anyone regulate the presentation of facts on a company? I guess we are left to the courts and yet the current lawsuits don't cover what I am talking about. Due diligence is one thing, but I did that and everything I have researched as disappeared with no explainations. There is a real honesty problem with this company it seems and so why touch them?

The best tip I got was after losing much in NUKO, Peter's advice on LARS. He seems to be a good guy and rightfully bitter about this company and his experience.

The people that are currently long on this stock strike me as fools based on all of the flim-flamming that has happened with this company.
