They didn't deliberately shut those sites down. They said so. You are trying to reword what they said to mean something else.

Right. A building packed with San Francisco liberals picks several anti-Obama sites to arbitrarily shut down for no apparent reason, and you say they didn't "deliberately" do it?

What a lie. It may not have been authorized at the highest level but it was damned sure deliberate and it was targeted.

You know enough about systems to know that this happened deliberately.
