Steve, and just like that, the LA Times gets a hold of a videotape of a dying patient grossly neglected by King-Drew (now King-Harbor) Medical Center. Very similar to the incident at the New York hospital:

The worst thing is that LA County sat on the tape for almost a year before it was anonymously leaked. LA County insists they withheld it because it was part of an "ongoing investigation," but there is absolutely NO excuse for King-Drew to be performing this poorly even after years of investigation and "reform."
