Been into this stock for a few years. Not much for posting on gossip boards of any type, but thouhgt I'd do a one time thing. This "forensic accounting" thing sound like a load of bull. Whos doing the acounting? RW? They should hier, and make it known, a firm that will get to the bottom of this. Price Watrehouse Cooper or KPMG would do a good job of uncovering any wrong doings. Unless lots of documents have been shredded. I read at one point that this Gaskins fellow said this stock would have a hockey stick like affect and he conpared it to frpt and he said this stock would be $1.00 and change sometime this year. Anybody contacted him to see if that still holds? This is from there 04/21/08 10qsb "We are subject to various claims and legal actions in the ordinary course of business. We are not aware of any pending or threatened litigation, except for our lawsuit with Cornell Capital Partners, LLC (described below), that we believe is reasonably likely to have a material adverse affect on our results of operations, financial position or liquidity. None of these matters, in the opinion of management, is likely to result in a material effect on us based upon information available at this time." Maybe the James Miller and XY tool and die cases wont have a "adverse affect" on operations or they forgot about them or they hoped nobody would find out about them. I dont ever expect to see any of it back.
