Language is the biggest barrier for a foreigner at engineering level. At managerial level is not an issue.

I believe is tough to get a wokring visa but that can be solved as we see the issue blowing into newspaper pages.

Those foreigners who married Brazilian women are in fat city! Thousands of women migrate out during the 'Lost decade'. Those with husbands with the right skills get in very easy.
