That phrase is a comment on the way his believers talk about him. Michael said he was predestined to be President. Predestination is a religious doctrine in certain branches of Christianity. He also characterized non-believers as rejectionists who proved their disloyalty to their country by so being. Rejecting Christ is a phrase some Christians use and is parallel to Michael's use of rejectionist. Oprah has called Obama "The One" - a messianic sounding term. A San Francisco newspaper columnist said he might be a "Lightworker" which is apparently some New Age religious term for people particularly enlightened.

So its not me thats coming out with the religious terminology here. As far as Obama goes, I've already been labeled a rejectionist.
