No, that is not the Pelosi plan which was greatly going to reduce gas prices. The mileage deal is no biggie and I believe was passed last spring. That is only adding several miles per gallon on new cars starting in 2020 as I recall...that is doing nothing for a long time. Try again... You are trying to support a non-existent plan which was simply another campaign lie, nothing more. With your support we have a dishonest governemt and people like you are responsible for it.
