I hadn't heard about the DA. Did you just make that up? And was anyone from Cadence actually fined, or sanctioned in any way for doing the trade? Not that I approve of that, but there is a big difference between the myriad lawsuits in the valley, and the CDN/AVNT situation. The main one being the indictments. You do realize that all you need to get damages in civil court is what it takes to file charges? Probable cause. The fact that the grand jury handed down the indictment makes it very likely that AVNT will suffer the ignominy of defeat in this case.
