One of the biggest ironies that (the formerly great) Ampex and it shareholders face is : The concept that Bramson/McKibben/Sherborne, etc wielded control over Ampex's fate in the form of debt obligations, etc. THEN you realize that these same (people) worked only PART TIME in attempting to monetarize the intellectual property which I think they termed to be Ampex's greatest asset. Without going back over documents, I believe they said that ADS was a foundation, but the success (LOL) of the company rested with its ability to capitalize on its intellectual property. HOW CAN YOU DO THAT WORKING PART TIME????? This, ON THE FACE OF IT, looks very bad when they are the same people trying to strip shareholders of everything. I mean, ON THE FACE OF IT - it's just common sense, is it not?.......IC
