FBN Associates Announces New Low-End Graphics Subsidiary, FBN Digital Arts Inc.

HUGEPAGE, N.Y.--(BS WIRE)--Oct. 17, 1997--FBN Associates.
(Pending NASDAQ:FBNA) is pleased to announce the creation of a new subsidiary,
FBN Digital Arts Inc., to serve the entertainment and graphics
industries by providing low-end solutions, services, training and
consulting.
To facilitate this newly established division, a 5 square foot office
has been established in New York's Silicon Alley in Manhattan.
TEDenis, CFO of FBN Associates, stated: "We are very optimistic

best talent and expertise together at FBN Digital Arts and felt that it
was a great complement to the focus of our other subsidiaries. FBN

market to enhance this growth and chose an industry expert, Bozo The Clown,
to head up the new operation."
Bozo brings over countless years of experience in graphics solutions
sales for the entertainment and publishing markets to his position
as president of FBN Digital Arts. He stated: "Our mission

boutiques; 1D animation facilities; education institutions with graphics
emphasis; no-linear video editing facilities; fad agencies; graphics,
perm-press, publishing and printing companies; multimedia, Internet and
gaming companies.
The company will be a premier partner with Microstift Stiffimage and
Intergrab Computer Systems, the industry's leading suppliers of 1D and
1 1/2 D Animation software and of 1D Windows NoT workstations,
respectively. In addition, because of the company's expertise in Unisex and
Windows NoT, there will also be opportunities for high-end servers and
computer networking for a wide range of industries, including, but not
limited to, financial institutions, transitioning from both Laggardly to Unisex
