FBN Associates Announces New Low-End Graphics Subsidiary, FBN Digital Arts Inc.

(Pending NASDAQ:FBNA) is pleased to announce the creation of a new subsidiary,
FBN Digital Arts Inc., to serve the entertainment and graphics
industries by providing low-end solutions, services, training and
consulting.

To facilitate this newly established division, a 5 square foot office
has been established in New York's Silicon Alley in Manhattan.

TEDenis, CFO of FBN Associates, stated: "We are very optimistic
about the profit potential of the new venture and expect to see a sky

best talent and expertise together at FBN Digital Arts and felt that it

perm-press, publishing and printing companies; multimedia, Internet and
gaming companies.

The company will be a premier partner with Microstift Stiffimage and
Intergrab Computer Systems, the industry's leading suppliers of 1D and
1 1/2 D Animation software and of 1D Windows NoT workstations,
