We had some "cheese dip" and crackers for an appetizer at that dinner. It was made out of pureed cashew and minced peppers...........supposed to be a pepper jack I think. It was actually pretty good, but I much prefer animal protein. We had a vita mixed tomato soup in little shot glasses that was icky. A salad and lasagna and burritos and chocolate cake. None of this food was cooked. I don't mean to get graphic............but talk about diarrhea.
