It appears that Marc has lost control of his preferred stock. Also, the dilution of shares to the tune of 75 million.(297-222 million). Now where did all those shares go to? Another shareholder meeting question. And why in Miami? I hope all the Directors view the LLAC process before the Meeting. I think that this ship may be righting itself and finally showing some direction. gsm1951
