If I don't get meat at a meal, the meal is incomplete as far as I'm concerned. It can be chicken, fish, pork or beef, but one of 'em has to be on that plate. This time of year I fix a big garden salad and slice up a chicken breast on top of it. Great! I prolly do that 2-3 time a week. Too hot to cook.
