I noticed fish was absent from your meat list. Can't say as I blame you for shunning fish in Denver, but a meal of pan fried trout wouldn't hurt once in awhile. We eat fish or shellfish at least twice a week. Hubby hates it, but I just tell him "don't like what I cook............make your own dinner." Do you ever find yourself going back and correcting typos? I do fearing the typing police is watching. ;) And oh.............I'm sitting here with my red, white and blue plastic necklace on and wanted to wish all a: HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!
