Sounds like a great target. We'll see.

Oil related stocks have sold off recently even though the price of oil keeps rising. But just like the solar stocks rise in the recent contests, it's been hard to argue against oil companies that are increasing production as well as enjoying the rise in price.

In actual trading, I've been in and out of BQI and GTE a number of times this year. Right now I've sold November 7.50 calls against my entire GTE position. So if it's called from me in November, I've made 30% on the transaction. It's pretty good protection on the downside too. I also own SOR.V which shares a large producing field with GTE.

With BZP, Peter has a very similar pick to GTE. And he also has BQI. GTE got it's AMEX listing in April making it eligible for the contest. There aren't many junior companies drilling in Peru and Columbia that have US listings.
