Thanks for the translation.

FWIW, MFN per the Agreement has provided the Ejido members with new houses that have electricity, water, and toilets (sewage) and these utility services are provided free to the Ejido who have moved into the new MFN houses. Heretofore, ejido houses in the area had no electricity, water or sewage and most all of them had dirt floors.

My understanding is over half of the ejido community have either already moved into the new houses OR have taken the cash and moved elsewhere.
