Of course not. You want the Bush WH to admit that its hero, ronnie reagan, screwed up? Not in this lifetime. LOL.

As for the impact of ANWR on gasoline prices, no one knows.

Huh? Bush's Energy Dept has some of the best oil men in the biz.....if they can't project its value, no one can.
