Look, it was clear in the summer that everyone who invested a dime in Nuko was taken (even the "respected" fund pros, who I'm certain many of us on SI beat in total return every year.)
As you correctly point out, aside from 10-year court battles, there probably is nothing that can be done about this dishonest management. From a criminal perspective, Kondamoori has been careful to float deal rumors verbally through his agents and through several of his loyalists on the internet. His insider sales may be enough, but they probably won't put him in jail or force him to pay restitution to his shareholders.
So the only thing left for people that have lost 10K, 50K, or 200K is to work at getting some of it back, whether averaging down, shorting or playing day trades, risky as they are. Doing this before the CA Attorney General's office gets involved is best for us.
BTW, nice first post. What took you so long? |
