are you really that stupid?? How backwards was China under complete socialism? the USSR ? Pol Pot. God you guys only murder 100 MILLION of your own people and you call conservatives backward. You need to see the light, you are truly blind.

koan: Those countries were not liberal! You are confusing an econmic system with a political system. They are different. They were both dictatorships, not democracies and they did not allow free speech. And both countries KILLED liberals!

Sweden is a very liberal democracy that has total free speech. that is their POLITICAL system. And they have a welfare system (socialism to you) which is their ECONOmIC system. And that economic system was decided on by the people through the democratic process.

Liberals insist, indeed will die, for two things. Democracy and free speech.

China was a brutal dictaorship and a very conservative society. Pol Pot was a a mass killer and even more conservative. Pol Pot and Mao, killed all the liberals they could find and pol pot moved everyone out to the country and both mao and pol pot banned all liberal ideas! Neither had free speech or democracies and certaily no liberals!
