I think they have had a handshake with someone. I don't know who? But I think the acquiring company has established certain
targets, and once those targets are achieved the process will go to an agreement. Some of these guys are in their 60's and are looking for the big payday. This is all conjecture on my part but they have taken a number of beneficial and constructive steps to bring this about. The other steps taken were to remove anyone in management that was not singing from the same page. Also the move with Infineon. They seemed to fold quickly and quietly along with the two BOD members. I am wondering if down the road when Ramtron does its deal, that a relationship will return. Everyone has made a ton of money on RMTR the last few years except most of the stockholders. Our turn will come. Now if I were an acquiring CEO I would try to buy the company when it is dirt cheap, but profitable, and with serious potential so I could get cooperation from my own BOD. A CEO with development money to throw away could make little FRAM fly the best and he in turn would get his gold star for his business acumen. I am not at all happy with the MM's buying this on the cheap but I would do the same in their shoes. It just takes a hell of a lot of patience. I was not born with a lot of it, but this damn stock has brought about a modicum of it in my makeup.

The first time I saw Jones Day's name on public SEC docs, I felt my guess had been correct. The only quandary
they will have to overcome will be the price. Too low and the class action crowd will arrive. So there in is the rub, so to speak. My only hope is they will do this before I die, and after the last few days, the process has developed new urgency.

Incidentally I had a new addition to my computer after M/S downloaded their latest upgrades. A little thing called Browser error redirect. Every time I tried to write on the board, suddenly a website of Dell's would show up. As I found out, it is a little deal between Dell and Google that ruined my weekend.

Jim

This is all my opinion.
