Pon, that's stretching "WMD material" . Yellowcake is just dirt containing uranium with the dirt taken out. It's one step up from a bunch of dirt in the ground. <Proof of WMDs material in Iraq... > Some people would misunderstand that to mean Saddam had atomic bombs ready to launch against London in 40 minutes, which is not true. en.wikipedia.org

As Iran, North Korea and Libya know, there's quite a gap between buying dirt and blowing up Manhattan.
