I mean the 2nd quarter report (7/28?) is almost here, 3 more weeks, something to look forward to.

You are correct about the stock-based compensation being chump change if the sales growth continues, but I was referring to the possible acquisition/merger probably won't occur until the upper management gets all of their stock-based compensation, unless the acquirer provides a nice opt-out deal for the upper management, or Ramtron runs into trouble and is desperate for a buyout.

That means we will have to be patient for 1.5 more years, but you never know what's going to happen...
