Didn't you mean fourth quarter? And "I am not suggesting any conspiracy, only that management may be tired of giving negative guidance and is giving the most conservative realistic picture that they can, given their existing information" Your conclusion that Intel is being ultra conservative in its forward guidance, (for whatever reason), is exactly my conclusion and what I meant to suggest in my Q3 analysis.
