9:44 AM ET 7/7/08 \| Briefing.com Broadpoint Capital upgrades ENER to Buy from Neutral saying they are expecting potential for upside to estimates based on strong ASPs and diversified supply chain. They believe the company's ramp plans and funding levels put it on track to eliminate dependence on subsides by 2012, and raises its price target from $47 to $80 based on 2010FY EPS estimate of $3.19.
