The Second Amendment says ...the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

I don't see how the endless argument over the preamble "A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state..." modifies that one bit.

Stevens and Breyer apparently do, but that's because they want to impose their will on the people.
