SG+A, as a percentage of their income, is just too high right now. The company has done a decent job of recovering from the massive drop off in business but they need to improve their margins and reduce costs. My guess is this is the reason why both the CEO and CFO were asked to leave. Short term, the street will see this as a big negative. I think it will be a net positive down the road.

Progress wasn't being made quickly enough, IMO, to suit the BOD and I agree.
