So you oppose just the mindset? Or do you also oppose the statistics and studies they cite to support that lower speed limits are not necessarily safer?

Speaking of stats, here is an interesting set of them. Although 1.8 percent of all deaths are cause by vehicle accidents, 1.2 percent are caused by firearms. That one surprised me.
