Ann:You said the genius contained in the Mark Twain quote was the reason he was one of your heroes. Explain your perception of genius found in the quote. koan: The genius was that Mark Twain using wry humor!, was pointing out he would not do such a stupid thing as fight a duel. He was thinking outside the box (as he did his whole life) and saying if I run into a fool like that who wants to kill me, I am going to fool him and just kill him. One can see Huck Fin and Tom Sawyer's thinking in that quote.
