This is an article about Australia and a Spanish company-----plus all of the players involved in the financial arena in Indiana roads and references to the Dulles, Va. Greenway toll road----------that connects with Dulles Airport. washingtonpost.com This is not the one I was thinking about but is one----so suspect this is the tip of the iceberg. While we in the USA have been busy producing lawyers, social workers,accountants, computer users and computer designers----it appears that we have failed to produce the thinkers and doers who are able to design, build and care for infrastructure. This is why I found Michelle Obama so off the mark with her advice to the voters whom she told to become social workers and go into the helping professiosn. We don't need more lawyers and social workers, we have saturated our society with these for almost 20 years. Almost every family in America has a lawyer or social worker in their family. mj
