They want the US out and they want Iran out. Al queda is just about out already. I dont see the problem. We won something that was total quagmire a year or so ago. Lets have a parade for the troops.
PS In last nights argument i had with my friend Al, i said things in iraq could stabilize further and there was no reason they had to go back to civil war. I said i saw the greatest danger in intra shiaa strife between al sader and maliki (& allies). I think iran will settle for a friend on its border and shiaa control of their destiny in their area. I am sort of optimisitic here. Thoughts????
