Not here.......we're at $4.40 a gallon right now. It might drop to $4 by fall........assuming this pullback is real.

Now lets have another tax (to keep gas at $4) on the poor who are forced to drive to work or who mistakenly let some huckster sell them a SUV back in the day. For the economies of the world not to totally tank, i think gas has to drop a 1/2 buck here at minimum.

It will happen if we go into recession which is very likely now.

By the way Ted, from what i hear at the neighborhood 7/11 a lot of obama voters want offshore drilling and drilling in anwar.

I oppose drilling in the ANWR but not offshore; that is, except WA state but I don't think there is oil off our coast.

They know it will take time to get it online but they also know its a better bet to alleviate their future needs than all the green stuff although they are for that too.

Then they are misled. Its not a better bet. You don't keep giving an addict a little bit of drugs hoping he will come clean.

They are for green but sort of dont trust it yet. They also say things like they dont care if the bushes, kennedys and kerrys view of the ocean is somewhat less pristine or the blue haired ex teachers travelling in alaska on their tax money for their pensions whine about some elk or 300 yards of oil rigs in a sea of natural habitat.

When will obama flip on drilling?

You mean will he do what an intelligent person does when they have new info and decide to change their mind......maybe....we'll see.
