You don't have a freaking clue what you're talking about.

You are confusing "benefits", "revenue", and "cash" -- all different things. "Cash" benefit payments have not outstripped "cash" benefit payouts.

But as anyone who as ever had a first-semester accounting course knows, "cash" is not an appropriate metric for these items. To have meaning you MUST accrue liabilities for Unfunded Benefits, which the federal government doesn't do (but all private pension funds are required by law to do).

This is precisely what I described earlier -- an accounting trick that keeps most of you totally confused.
