Kevin, thanks for the post! It seems like you and me are the only two active participants in this Luminart thread. There ought to be more people following it. I know about the NASDAQ application status. There is actually a difference between a NASDAQ small-cap listing and a NASDAQ full listing. Luminart is applying for a small-cap listing. With all the positive things allegedly happening with respect to their business, I will really be disappointed if they don't make it by the end of the year. The full NASDAQ NMS listing will come in time if they continue to grow their business (possibly sometime in 1997). It's good to know that FYE' 96 results won't come out till next week. I am a little surprised that trading is not halted. I was expecting FYE' 96 results to come out later this afternoon. I guess the stock may lose a little more ground until the earnings come out. This could be a good time to accumulate. Regards, Kit
