Maybe it's just me, but I think it's more ethical to blast an industry that you have stock in than to try to pass legislation favoring an industry you have stock in. It seems that those guys are going "against" their own financial interests in saying the things they are saying. They AREN'T saying that the Oil Industry is innately "evil" or anything, they're just saying that the oil industry should be paying higher taxes.
