The Government may have NO business telling a company how to compensate its CEO's, but the SHAREHOLDERS and the SEC sure as HELL do.

The shareholders don't want to see their stock go down the tubes and then see the moron running the company leave with 100's of MILLIONS because he got to pack the board with a bunch of stooges that just rubber stamped whatever he said.

Do you REALLY believe that Hedge Fund Managers produce a LOT of jobs??????????
