Mental retardation is the correct and accurate description of those who suppose with no basis in science that some 1 part in 10,000 has some huge impact with not a a hint of physical laws to support it and cannot be shown or measured and then ignore 200 and 300 part per 10,000 that have been shown and measured. Engineers call that kind of science mental retardation. That is not name calling. That is being blunt and truthful. your ucar site is all about babble politics of anthropogenic CO2 global warming. Did you read anything posted there? And I guess you refuse to read true science of Gerhard and Tscheuschner that explain why engineers can identify the mental retardation science.
