i cannot say i am optimistic about the 'mass luxury' and 'high density pleasure' of west kowloon or anywhere else i am ok with shacks and industrials bought cheap, fixed right, in city center, or within midst of true luxury, as in genteel low density surroundings, preferably w/ full ocean view. true financial refugees require genuinely knowledgeable service providers. flat just rented a few weeks ago was to some fellow with title of "Director - Origination Controller - Pacific Rim", a provider to the refugees. such folks need pleasant environ sporting proper address at affordable price.
