I'm on the train, and the woman next to me is on the mobile phone advising a relative on house prices. i think he is a cash buyer, and needs a home after a move. She is saying "Be careful not to spend too much, people cannot sell thier homes at moment". It's crunch time imho and it will probably occur in internet time.

or very soon anyway.
