@BUGGI The way I read the digitimes article I would assume that the Elpida foundry deal is not related to PCM but only to NOR. AFAIR SPSN is well settled in the automotive segment. I could imagine Numonyx wants to grab share in the embedded NOR segment in order to have customers for PCM one year later when PCM may be in production and fit into this segment. Regards
