Dear Sir,

I apologize that you have not been contacted, but in looking at your wire information I see that we do not have the correct wiring instructions for you on file. In your case, it is unclear as to whether the account is in a company name or your name. If this information is unclear, there is a risk of that the wire will be kicked back.

As a general policy, I will be making sure that each customer is contacted directly from this day forward if there is any such discrepancy. Please be aware, however, that if the information needs to be altered a new request will have to made in writing. This could cause a 24 hour delay in your wire transfer. It is imperative that all customers check and recheck the wire instructions they provide so no delays occur.

We have had a lot of customer complaints about the need to refax the instructions merely to change or clarify a number or name. This policy is for your protection. We check extremely closely for the possibility of fraud when disbursing wires because they are so difficult to recall.

Any questions regarding wire transfers should be directed towards the Cashiering Department. We will be posting a wire request form on the Web Site to help make this process easier.

Thank you,

Jeff Kosarin
Director of Cashiering
