No kidding. I wish Obama had not voted for that damn FISA bill. I believe it represents the largest infringement of our Constitutional rights in my lifetime. As a Constitutional Law professor, I expected and demanded of Obama that he protect our Constitution. That's where I draw the line. Now a dictatorial President can use the information they record to intimidate US citizens with impunity.

Congratulations folks. We are now a police state and that is no exaggeration. It will only take one bad President to use those powers against its own innocent citizens for people to realize what that bill has done to this country.

We are now no better than any other country in the world. How far we have fallen in so short a time.
