I think its too early to tell about a Foundry Deal. Look at
SPSN itself. We have thought, TSMC could be "THE" major "deal"
over time and now ... the same could be said about Numonyx -
could be - who knows.
But these lines tell me, that cash for Numonyx isn't plenty
available, which they would need for new machines or a build
out of Catania. Looks like this way is "closed" -> what to do,
if you don't have 300mm FABs and your competition is going
strongly into this direction even with DIE size adv. on equal
nodes.

This doesn't bode well for Numonyx, but this is "old, common"
knowledge, at least on this board. The only "wrong" thing is,
that mister market doesn't give a penny on SPSN these days.
Thats reality too - sadly.
