My understanding is that Virginia is being targeted with the hope of bringing along West Virginia at the National level. Is it a swing state-----obviously the Obamanites want it to be. In recent history----no. Read a current article last evening in which Webb declares he does not want and will not accept the VP slot. That is wise of Webb. He retains his seat as a more conservative Democrat. The real issue in this election is Obama--Obama has many negatives. Those negatives need to be brought to the attention of voters and early-----and I am not talking about race.
