Update on the CFO's resignation: the story from investor relations at LDAKA is that the former CFO has had some persistent medical issue for some time now, and that she ultimately decided to quit becuase of it. That Lidak wouldn't SAY that in their press release is amazing, given the whiff of financial irregularities that accompanies an unexplained CFO departure. Lidak did say something about protecting the CFO's privacy, but its so damn private, why is investor relations telling people? This company still hasn't gotten its act together on dealing with the Street.
