Cheng Xu,

This is normal profit taking activity, the funds will reduce their
holdings in tech stocks that have had stellar performance this year
and go into a heavy cash position to wait for better "values" to
come along in December/January. This is healthy for the market and
the stock. Rememeber, AMAT was about $35 this time last year and dropped to about $21 by early December when it was a tremendous
bargain. It went from $21 to $108 in less than a year. It is just
seeking its real value and will stabilize for a while, where it will
again gather strength and then take off again next year.
