When dealing with black body radiation, the physics, the equations and the empirical constants (empirical constants, numbers made up and assigned to make the equations work.) all really deals with that of solids bodies. That is to say the constants only work with solids and less so with liquids and are meaningless with regards to gases. If you only consider matter in the solid form for radiation and temperature studies of the Earths climate, I can see why you may be in disagreement with main stream scientific thought. Very little of the Earths climate components are in solid form, most of them are in the gaseous state (phase) or liquid state (phase). The sun, generally accepted as an important component of the Earths climate, is generally in a fourth state called a "plasma". plasmas.org science.nasa.gov I don't recommend you take any mind altering drugs or anything, your intellect seems already rather stretched, but maybe a good dose of caffeine my wake you a bit out of your dozy state of mind. i.e a cup of coffee or tea?
