Excel coverage was initiated by Lehman Bros. today with a BUY rating. This indicates that they are looking at the forward quarters as showing good prospects for growth and profits.

I agree with that recommendation and recommend buying ECI at the current price with expectations for appreciation into the mid 30s within six months IMO.
