I'm not so sure about that. His gay obsession could mean he's a closeted gay. Or perhaps performance issues from becoming older and jaded have just made him uncertain about his own sexuality and his gay obsession stems from that. His attitude toward women is colored by the fact he only interacts with nude models, strippers, hookers, and other adult entertainment types.
